Privacy Policy
How Precision Rentals handles the information you send us.
Information we collect
When you submit the availability / booking request form, we collect your name, phone number, the trailer type you select, your requested dates and pickup/return times, and any notes you type in.
If you call or text us at (970) 690-5612, we receive your phone number and whatever you tell us in that conversation.
This site does not take payments online, and it does not have you create an account to submit a request.
How we use it
We use what you send to answer your request, check availability, set up your rental and contact you about it. We do not sell your information.
Service providers
This website is built and hosted on Base44. Form submissions are stored in the site's Base44 database.
When you submit the form, an email notification with your request details is sent to our team through Resend, an email delivery service.
These providers handle your information so the site can run and so we get your request. As the hosting platform, Base44 may also keep technical logs of site use (such as page requests, IP address and browser details) to operate and secure the service.
When information may be shared
Besides the providers above, we may share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or property (for example, with a damaged or unreturned trailer), or with your permission.
Your choices
You can ask us to view, correct or delete the information you sent by calling or texting (970) 690-5612.
